Voleris One

We are developing the technology behind Voleris One, an active ankle-foot orthosis for people living with foot drop. Our ambition is to change what people can expect from an assistive device for foot drop.

A traditional ankle-foot orthosis supports the foot by holding it in a fixed position, so the toes clear the ground more easily. It does not itself contribute to the movement. Voleris One is built for intention-based movement. The aim is not to replace the wearer's own movement, but to support it and compensate for a reduced ability to lift the foot while walking.

NeuroFlex Robotics develops and supplies the components in Voleris One, and does not sell the product direct to end users.

We are early in development, and there is a limit to what we can say about how the solution works at this stage. We do not publish claims about results we have not documented. That is a deliberate choice rather than an omission. What we can say is who we are building it with.
